SwipeHomi reserves the right to deny, remove, or suspend any listing or account at its sole discretion where the poster is found to not be a licensed real estate agent. Any listing fees or payments made in connection with a denied or removed listing may be non-refundable.
By ticking the agent declaration box and submitting a listing, the user accepts full responsibility for the accuracy of their credentials. False declarations may result in permanent account suspension and may be subject to applicable laws regarding misrepresentation.
